As a Client Support Operations Specialist you will respond to client queries and support the clients adoption of the platform via email, chat, calls and training sessions. You'll troubleshoot issues related to the company's platform, services and reports, ensure delivery of regular updates and reports, deliver product walk-throughs and training sessions and maintain accurate documentation and client records.
Location / WFH:
You'll be join colleagues in downtown Austin three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two.
