Systems Administrator (Windows VMWare Linux) London onsite to £70k

Are you a technologist with a broad range of skills and knowledge seeking an opportunity to take ownership and progress your career? You could be joining a small, specialist Hedge Fund.

As a Systems Administrator you will have varied role where you can make an impact, supporting a high performance trading environment and trading professionals. You'll have various tasks and responsibilities, managing everything from the virtual infrastructure and Office 365 to firewalls and scripting for automation, you'll play a crucial role in the stability and scalability of the firm's tech stack.

Location / WFH Policy:

You'll be working in a collegiate team environment based in London with a small group of accomplished software / data engineers and finance entrepreneurs on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).

About you:

• You have a broad range of IT / Infrastructure knowledge including Windows, Active Directory, Outlook, 0365, Virtualisation (vSphere), Microsoft SQL Server and VMWare virtualisation
• You also have some Linux server experience
• You have PowerShell scripting skills
• You have experience of working in SMEs, with a varied workload
• You have experience of working with and managing relationships with MSPs
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are degree educated in a STEM discipline
