Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft) Accrington / WFH to £40k

You could be progressing your career at a UK tech consultancy as a key part of the managed services team.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients, handling the full spectrum of technical issues from initial contact (Tier 1) through to more complex resolutions (Tier 2). You'll act as the primary contact for clients, providing support via Teams / Google Meet, email and the ticketing system, with ownership through to resolution.
You will also carryout administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows Desktops and Active Directory, maintaining clear and concise documentation, identifying recurring issues and contributing to the teams knowledge base.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Accrington office twice a week, please note there will also be occasional trips to visit clients in London and an on-call requirement.
