Client Services Officer London onsite to £55k
Do you have excellent client facing communication and relationship building skills combined with a strong interest in financial markets and an academic record of achievement?
You could be progressing your career as a Client Services Officer at a global eTrading company.
As a Client Services Officer you'll be the first point of contact for clients with an emphasis on client care and attention; you'll triage any problems or issues to the correct teams and follow up to ensure resolution, keeping the client informed of progress. You will also assist with client onboarding and various ad-hoc project tasks as your role progresses; there's excellent career progression opportunities and you'll be supported to reach your full potential.
Location / WFH:
You'll join a collaborative team based in London on a fulltime basis, Monday to Friday.
