Lead Systems Architect (Azure C# SaaS) Reigate / WFH to £120k

Are you a Systems Architect with a strong knowledge of Azure and SaaS?

You could be progressing your career in a Lead Systems Architect role at one of the world's longest established Insurance Technology businesses.

As a Lead Systems Architect you will work on a key product which calculates the revenue required in reserve for major insurance companies at anytime; this is a complex software written in C# .Net, you will gain an indepth understanding of the current desktop product in order to transition it to a modern SaaS platform in Azure and create reusable components.

You'll collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders including other Technical / System Architects to understand how other products work across the organisation and design solutions to meet your teams' needs, communicating these designs to multi-disciplinary teams of Development Managers, Software Engineers, Testers and other technical professionals.

WFH Policy:

There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home.

Requirements:

• You have experience of architecting and designing desktop and cloud based SaaS solutions in Azure
• You have a background with C# .Net software engineering developing high-performance, scalable, data driven solutions
• You have a good understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) with a good knowledge of tools such as Kubernetes and Docker and a good knowledge of microservices
• You have experience of evolving existing systems to next generation solutions and technologies
• You have experience of overseeing implementations by multiple Agile Scrum teams
• You're able to carry out quick PoC's and present findings
• You're a collaborative problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
